54 w.a.m. with 3 errors.....

it sounds so easy....but its not. im taking advanced keyboarding this semester, and for our midterm we had to have 2 timings done. we go for 3 miutes, and have to get at least 40 words a minute and 3 errors at the most. so i think i've tried doing it at least a hundred times.... well folks i just did it twice....not consecutively, but i did it!!! i cannot tell you how relieved i am. buh.... thank you jesus. so its a regular saturday afternoon here at northland. i didnt have to work today at all which was super nice. im sick so i got to sleep in. it was wonderful... today is tjs birthday. hes 22 now. i had a surprise party for him last nite. it went really well. there weren't as many people as i had hoped but i think it really meant alot to him. we might go into the big city of iron mountain tonite for supper. see if we can find a car. ; ) also, another wonderful thing from this week, was that dr. olson gave us a " day of rest" on thursday. he does that about once a semester. it is wonderful. just what we need. thats how you know that he cares about us. it was wonderful, because, i was getting sick so i got to sleep extra....hmm....i love sleep. so i had two tests on tuesday and i was pretty worried about them, but they went ok. i got an 80 on the one, and the teacher said there will be a curve, so thats good. and then i got a 98 on the other once. yay! oh and my systematic theology test from like 2 weeks ago? yeesh. i got a 79 with the curve....which was like 20 points. holy smokes eh? so i guess now i know they are really hard but thats what most everyone got. there were some smart ones who got like 114...buh....
so yeah right now, im sick. its fun coughing up your lungs. oh well. i know ill get better. i always do. i am thankful for how healthy i usually am. God is good. i took pics of tjs party hopefully ill have them up soon. i think it was a good time had by all. there was lots of good food. so that always makes for a good party. well ya'll i think im gonna go study my verses for my verse test in syst. on monday. have a good weekend.
